Baby jumbo body
The Faith Naked Neptune's body has been crafted into a scaled down jumbo shape, offering you the same power that the full-sized and more traditional jumbo can project, but with an added comfort. Its size is also ideal for those that find full-sized jumbos a little too much to handle as the baby jumbo is easy to hold close to the body and offers comfort throughout both seated and standing performance.
Removing the bulky body and replacing it with a slimmer, more compact size and lower bout also provides comfort and sonically produces plenty of balance, definition, and superb acoustic volume. The baby jumbo size, combination of tonewoods, and stripped back cosmetics leaves the tonewoods completely unrestricted. Thanks to its sonically powerful body and bracing, the Faith Naked Neptune delivers the harmonically rich tonality that is expected on higher-end instruments.
Sculpted for perfection
This model features an entire solid wood construction, which provides a superior tone and incredible dynamic response. Its solid Engelmann spruce top yields crisp articulation and slightly richer mid-range. Thanks to this, it is versatile and able to accommodate numerous genres and techniques with equal ease, from fingerpicking styles to heavier strumming patterns. Its spruce top has been paired with Indonesian mahogany back and sides, which add a warmth and resonance, alongside plenty of emphasis to the bass and trebles, providing the player with a rich, complex, and full-bodied sound that is more well-known as the 'classic' acoustic voice.
Beautiful tonewoods
The Neptune's neck has been crafted from mahogany, which offers a quick and dynamic response with plenty of warmth and resonance. Its nature allows it to respond superbly to numerous playing styles and techniques with ease, perfect for getting creative and unleashing true potential. The neck has been topped with an Indonesian ebony fingerboard, which adds ringing sustain, plenty of bite and a bright sizzle to the guitar's overall tone. For an added aesthetic appeal, the fingerboard also features Faith's majestic 'F' logo placed on the 12th fret and inlaid in mother of pearl for an elegant look.
Ready for stage and studio
When you thought this model couldn't get any better, it does. Ready for all performance occasions whether that be stage, studio, or practise, we've got you covered. The Faith Naked Neptune comes equipped with a Fishman Sonitone preamp, which offers basic sound tweaking for live and rehearsal settings. The preamp is versatile and responsive and features rotary controls for tone and volume. With this, players can shape their sound by simply plugging in to an amplifier or PA system, perfect for the performing musician.
Stunning appearance
All of the guitars within Faith's Naked series have stripped back cosmetics, resulting any unnecessary finishes and non-essential dressings being replaced with a 2-stage satin finish. With a 2-stage satin finish all over, the guitar offers a natural and eye-catching look as well as an enhanced tone. In addition, its entire satin finish leaves the tonewoods completely unrestricted, providing the player with superb resonance and a sound that is up and beyond what is expected at this price range.
