The MH-1000NT uses a set-thru neck construction that blends the sustain and resonance of a neck-through design with the clarity and snap of a traditional set neck. A mahogany body provides warmth, depth and strong low-end response, while the three-piece maple neck adds definition and long-term stability. This construction allows string vibration to transfer efficiently through the instrument, producing a tight, articulate tone that remains controlled under high gain. Sculpted MH contours and deep cutaways ensure smooth, unrestricted access to all 24 frets.
Extra thin U neck with compound radius fingerboard
The extra thin U neck profile is designed for speed, accuracy and reduced fatigue during extended playing sessions. It sits comfortably in the hand while encouraging fast position shifts and precise articulation. The Macassar ebony fingerboard features a 300 to 400mm compound radius, offering a rounder feel near the nut for comfortable chord work and a flatter surface higher up the neck for wide bends and low-action setups.
