The EC-1000 is built around a mahogany body that delivers a warm, powerful tonal foundation with strong midrange presence and natural sustain. Mahogany’s density helps notes remain full and controlled under high gain, while the single-cut EC shape provides a comfortable playing position and excellent balance on a strap. The set-thru neck construction enhances resonance and allows smooth access to the upper frets, making the guitar equally effective for tight rhythm work and expressive lead playing.
Thin U neck with stainless-steel fretwork
A set-thru three-piece mahogany neck is shaped to a thin U profile, designed for fast movement and reduced fatigue during long playing sessions. The Macassar ebony fingerboard offers a smooth, immediate response with a 350mm radius that supports low-action setups and wide bends without choking.
