The Darkglass DG-VULTRA Vintage Ultra Pedal combines the organic warmth of classic tube amps with modern versatility. Its overdrive section delivers natural dynamic response and compression, allowing you to recreate the iconic tones of four decades. The drive control lets you add saturation, from subtle warmth to rich overdrive, while the blend control ensures that you can retain clarity and punch in your tone by mixing the clean and overdriven signals to taste.

Exceptional tone shaping

The 4-band active EQ offers precise tonal control, with bass, treble, and fully adjustable low and high mids. Switch between different centre frequencies for the low mids (250Hz, 500Hz, 1kHz) and high mids (750Hz, 1.5kHz, 3kHz) to fine-tune your sound and adapt to different playing environments. This level of control makes it easier to achieve the perfect tone, whether you're playing in a live band setting or recording in the studio.

Custom cabinet simulation

The Vintage Ultra comes with a single user-loadable cabinet simulation, which can be adjusted using the Darkglass Suite software via the Micro-USB port. You can easily switch cabinets to suit different tones and playing styles, enhancing the versatility of this pedal. The 3.5mm headphone output and balanced XLR with switchable cabinet simulation make it perfect for silent practice or direct recording, ensuring your tone remains consistent in any environment.
