Tama uses high-quality walnut in 10 plies to create this shell for the Soundworks snare. The walnut shell provides a fat, warm sound with low, rich pitch. This tone is suitable for a wide range of music. The accurate bearing edges and the high-quality lugs provide precise tuning ability, an outstanding look and modern sound.
Sound Arc Steel Hoops
Tama’s Sound Arc flanged hoops emphasise the great sound the snare emits, featuring inward curving rims that are gentler on the hands than regular hoops when playing rimshots. They give the snare its classic open tone and are bent inward to allow the tone of the walnut wood shell shine.
Soundworks snare drums
Tama has a wide range of snare drums in their assortment.
