The HTS 800 snare features a stylish flame red lacquer finish that creates the perfect contrast to the die-cast, aluminium hoops with chrome down tubes. Made from birch, the shell offers the perfect starting point for a pipe band snare with its bright top-end, full bodied low-end with a gentle scoop in the low-mids.

Built with the field in mind, you'll be able to cut through the densest pipe band arrangements and crowd noise thanks to its defined ''crack'' and midrange presence. The placement of the batter and suspension hoops have been carefully chosen to guarantee optimal range, without compromising the quality of sound and projection.
