A ''Neu'' wave of drumming

Radio frequency technology has been used to create a perfectly-rounded shell, this unlocks the shell's full tone potential along with all the natural resonance that comes with it. A unique blend of 3 plies of Maple and 4 plies of cherry wood makes up the shell's construction. This has been designed to emit a powerful, natural sustain that softly decays into the mix - bringing your drumming sound to life.

Reliable, steel hardware

Naturally, with such an innovative shell construction, the hardware on the Ludwig kit is needed to provide the very best rigidity and reliability for all your shows and rehearsal sessions. That's why the hardware is made of thick steel with thick lug nuts and hoops, maximising tuning stability and simultaneously offering extra rigidity to the shell. Topped off in a classic chrome-plated finish, the hardware glistens and glimmers on any stage setting.
