What does the Artist Heritage series have to offer?

The Artist Heritage series offers a more compact range of kits, with a great choice of finishes:

These shell packs are also available as bundles, including the Premier 5864 Hardware Pack.

Thick birch shells for greater projection

Artist and Artist Heritage shells feature an all-birch construction – something that’s been showcased on many iconic Premier kits for over 60 years. The thicker 6-ply, 7.5mm shells yield exceptional projection that’s suitable for small, intimate venues, without the need for amplification from a PA system.

Birch produces a bright, articulate tone with great weight and attack, making it suitable for home recording and streaming.

The rack toms are also fixed to the bass drum for maximum playing stability, no matter how dynamic your performance may be. Both features are real assets for those who regularly rehearse or perform and need a quick set-up and pack-down.

Carefully selected hardware for optimal performance

Premier Artist 22" 5pc Drum Kit, Indigo BurstAll mounting hardware has been designed to increase durability, enhance sound quality, and improve the tuning stability of each shell.

Inspired by memorable past designs of Premier drum kits, the restyled low-mass lugs boast Art Deco characteristics that evoke a touch of class.

Not only does this enhance the overall aesthetic appeal, but when paired with the ISO suspension mounting system, the lugs allow the shells to freely resonate, improving their overall tone, resonance, and performance.

All-new rack and floor tom brackets utilise an integral memory lock design that ensures each tom retains its precise positioning.

Performing with Artist is like having your own drum tech on demand.

A range of stage-ready finishes

Artist kits are available in a wide range of gloss lacquer finishes that increase the kit’s durability, making them resistant to wear and tear which will inevitably come with continued use.

The gloss lacquer finishes are perfect for touring drummers who spend their time on the road. Gloss lacquer is exceptionally durable, meaning Artist drums can stand the rigours of extensive use night after night, all whilst offering a breath-taking reaction to stage and venue lighting.
