COMPETITION ORGANISER

The competition campaign is organised/promoted by Gear4music Limited (company no. 03113256) whose registered office is at Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GN, United Kingdom.

COMPETITION PERIOD

5 May 2025 – 23 May 2025 closing time at 23:59 BST

PRIZE

The prizes for this competition are as follows:
• 2x pairs of tickets to BludFest (21 June 2025)

Each pair of tickets will go to a different winner: one for the “performance” entry and one for the “like, tag, and follow” entry.

The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The prize does not include travel, accommodation, or any other costs.

Prizes are subject to availability and the organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or greater value without giving prior notice.

PARTICIPATION

The requirements to participate in this competition are as follows:

Performance entry:

• Post a performance of your favourite snippet of a Yungblud song to Instagram or TikTok. Your performance can be through vocals, instruments, or dance – be as creative as you like.
• Tag @gear4music and use the hashtag #mybludfestentry in the caption.
• Your social media account must be set to public so your entry can be viewed.

OR

Like, Tag, and Follow entry:

• Like the competition post on Instagram or TikTok.
• Tag 2 Yungblud fans in the comments.
• Follow Gear4music on the same platform (Instagram or TikTok).

The competition is open to all residents in the UK and Europe aged over 18 years or over.
There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
By entering, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

EXCLUSION

Employees of Gear4music Limited, its partners, anyone otherwise connected with the organisation and their respective relatives (e.g., parents, siblings, spouses) are excluded from participation.
In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

IMPLEMENTATION AND PROCESSING

The winner from the “performance” entry will be chosen by Dominic Harrison (Yungblud) based on creativity and originality, and the decision will be final.

The winner from the “like, tag, and follow” entry will be chosen and random, and the decision will be final.

The winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where they entered (Instagram or TikTok) within 7 days of the competition closing.

If a winner has not met the requirements for participation, cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Gear4music reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.

The chosen winners must provide their email address via direct message on the social media platform they have been contacted on (Instagram or TikTok). PDF tickets will be sent to the email address provided.

MISCELLANEOUS

Gear4music’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and entry in publicity material. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the competition, in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy: https://www.gear4music.com/information/privacy-and-cookies.
