Founded by Eugen Beyer in 1924 shortly after he moved to Berlin, Beyerdynamic began as 'Elektrotechnische Fabrik Eugen Beyer', originally producing and developing amplifiers and loudspeakers deigned for the first movies with sound around 1926. Roughly 10 years later in 1937, the company released the first pair of dynamic headphones to hit the market - the DT 48s - which were consistently produced right up until the end of 2012 with very few changes made. Since the day the company was born, Beyerdynamic have been committed to creating high-performance professional audio products, as well as becoming and remaining the technological leaders of their field with a plethora of technical achievements in recording and sound-reproduction. More than ninety years after its foundation, Beyerdynamic still develops premium headphones and microphones in Germany whilst still under ownership of Eugen Beyer's family. Each of Beyerdynamic's professional products are carefully handcrafted in the South-German city of Heilbronn. The company's talented employees not only manufacture Beyerdynamic's outstanding products, they also keep a very close eye on the quality of each and every piece of equipment right up until it leaves the building. When you buy from Beyerdynamic, you are buying truly exceptional quality with world-renowned professional reliability.
Unparalleled Audio Fidelity
The DT 770 Pro Headphones are perfect for studio use, thanks to the wide frequency response and exceptional audio fidelity. The extended frequency range spans between 5 and 35kHz, allowing you to hear every subtle nuance from your source audio, in immense detail. Its high sound pressure levels allow you to pump the volume up to max without degrading the audio performance, providing high-end audio at even the most demanding levels. The impressive acoustic definition captures musical details that conventional headphones don't pick up on. The result is pristine audio, with sparkling highs, backed-up by a powerful low-end.
A unique feature of the DT 770 Pros is the custom Bass Reflex technology. This specialised tech provides improved bass response for a truly powerful low-end sound. This version of the DT 770 Pro has an impedance of 32 Ohms, making them perfect for general studio use such as monitoring and playback. Its flexible design makes the headphones ideal for various studio applications, with its high-resolution audio ideal for mixing music.
Designed For Comfort
Not do the headphones offer high-end audio performance, but they ensure maximum comfort thanks to the sleek design. The soft, circumaural ear pads provide maximum comfort, helping to minimise listening fatigue. The ear pads are also replaceable for added flexibility. The headband is adjustable, combining a rugged construction with a soft-padded headband for added comfort. The headphones are also highly durable thanks to the hard-wearing, robust construction.
