Gear4music is a rapidly expanding company providing popular musical instrument brands and competitive own-brand musical products to Europe from our headquarters in Yorkshire.

Since 2003, we have become one of the largest retailers of musical instruments in the UK, establishing a steady growth that has already created many new roles within the company.

After launching 17 new websites serving Europe last year, we have seen an increase in our customer base. We are pleased to announce the creation of more vital roles in our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service team.

We are currently recruiting new members to join our multi-lingual Customer Service and Sales team, helping us provide excellent service in order to increase our success further in the European market.

If you are a fluent German, French, Spanish or Norwegian speaker with excellent English, customer service experience and an enthusiasm for musical instrument retail, this is a great opportunity to work within a thriving company in the e-commerce sector.

The successful candidate's salary will range from £15K - £17K per annum, working 39.5 hours per week including two Saturdays per month. The position will require candidates to live in York or within an easily commutable distance, have experience of working within a customer service or sales team within and be computer literate.

If you'd like to join the team at Gear4music, send your covering letter and CV to jobs@sub.co.uk, or Gear4music Limited, Unit 2 Great North Way, York, YO26 6RB.
