Twisted Sister top worst guitar solos list
Twisted Sister's hit We're Not Gonna Take It contains the worst guitar solo of all time, according to a new list.
Dan Hopper placed the song in the number one spot in a video for his Best Week Ever blog, although he suggested that it is not a true 'worst of' list, more a "hilarious attempts at guitar solos that never fail to make me laugh" top ten.
Ah Leah by Donnie Iris was second, followed by Divinyls' I Touch Myself, Prince's Te Amo Corazon and Lil Wayne's Lollipop.
I Love Rock & Roll by Joan Jett, Get In My Car by David Hasselhoff, Champagne Supernova by Oasis, All I Wanna Do by Sheryl Crow and Beverly Hills by Weezer also made it into the video.
None of the songs were in the top ten of the 100 worst riffs, licks and solos list compiled by Guitar World last year.Posted on 23 Apr 2009 16:20 to category : Band / Celebrity News
