Liam Gallagher to go back on the road
Liam Gallagher is preparing to resume his music career after electric guitar player Noel Gallagher walked out of Oasis.
The Manchester band broke up during the summer after the two brothers fell out over an incident which apparently involved the pair smashing each other's guitars.
However, Liam has confirmed that he is working with other former members of Oasis on a new venture and plans to take it out live very soon.
"I'll be back within a few months," he commented.
"We're sort of doing things at the moment. Not Oasis - Oasis is done."
Gallagher added that the argument between the pair that led to Noel quitting the band was not the biggest they have ever had.
The singer speculated that his brother may have wanted to leave the group in order to pursue different projects.
Oasis first rose to prominence in the 1990s, notching up hits such as Wonderwall, Supersonic, Live Forever and Don't Look Back In Anger.Posted on 16 Nov 2009 15:00 to category : Band / Celebrity News
