Alesis have revealed the latest in their TransActive wireless range, the 100W Wedge Drum Monitor.

Specially designed for electronic drum kits, the TransActive monitor is a multi-purpose device - use it as a practice amp, monitor or stage amp.

Bluetooth enabled, the wireless drum monitor lets you download lessons and rudiments to your device and start practising.

100W of power are delivered through a 10" low frequency driver, assisted by a 1" tweeter. Designed to handle the rapid transients created by electronic drum kits, the Alesis drum monitor also provides detailed sound shaping thanks to the varoety of available controls.

With a host of connectivity options, you can connect other gear such as samplers, mixers and other gear. There's even a headphone jack on the top panel for private practice, and a charging port means you can keep the amp charged even when in use.

Pair the new monitor with the Alesis DM Lite Electronic Drum Kit, which includes 3 cymbal pads and internal LED lights, functioning as an extra interesting dimension to your performance or as teaching aids for learning patterns.

The DM Lite is quick to set up and comes with two foot pedals included to control hi-hat and kick drum sounds. Velocity-sensitive, they translate playing force into volume for a more realistic performance.

Also new from Alesis is the Guitar Link Wireless Portable Wireless Guitar System, a system with a simple, single-button pairing and a reliable 2.4 GHz frequency spectrum. The system has a small footprint for easy portability between gigs.
