PRIZE DRAW ORGANISER

The prize draw campaign is organised/promoted by Gear4music Limited (company no. 03113256), whose registered office is at Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GN, United Kingdom.

PRIZE DRAW PERIOD

18 June 2026 – 6 July 2026, closing time at 23:59 BST

PRIZE

There will be 6 winners in total. 3 winners will each receive the following prize package:

• 1x SubZero BASE-1 Portable Recording Bundle
• 1x SubZero ControlKey49S 49 Key Slim MIDI Controller Keyboard
• 1x SubZero 2 Channel Mini DJ Mixer

An additional 3 winners will each receive the following prize package:

• 1x SubZero BASE-2 Home Recording Bundle
• 1x SubZero ControlKey49S 49 Key Slim MIDI Controller Keyboard
• 1x SubZero 2 Channel Mini DJ Mixer

Each winner will receive 1 complete prize package only.

The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Prizes are subject to availability. The organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value without prior notice. 

PARTICIPATION

To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete and submit the official entry form via Meta, including their name, email address, category of music gear they are interested in, level of musical proficiency, and consent to receive marketing communications from the organiser.

Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed in accordance with the organiser’s Privacy Policy: https://www.gear4music.com/information/privacy-and-cookies 

The prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom and Germany aged 18 years or over.

There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.

By entering, you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

EXCLUSION

Employees of Gear4music Limited, its affiliates, partners, and anyone otherwise professionally connected with the prize draw, together with members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter. 

In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, the organiser reserves the right to exclude persons from the prize draw.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

IMPLEMENTATION AND PROCESSING

All winners will be selected at random, and the organiser’s decision is final.

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the prize draw closing.

If a winner has not met the participation requirements, cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Gear4music reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative eligible entrant.

MISCELLANEOUS

Gear4music’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the prize draw will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the participant’s country of residence.

By entering, participants agree to the use of their first name, region, and entry in promotional and publicity purposes in connection with the prize draw, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw, in line with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and the organiser’s Privacy Policy: https://www.gear4music.com/information/privacy-and-cookies.
