Young piano player sets his sights on the filmworld
A talented young person who is already something of a maestro on the piano is now set to star in an independent movie in Detroit, US.
Ethan Bortnick, from Florida, started playing the piano from the age of three, showing an uncanny natural talent for the music instrument, reported Detroit Free Press.
By the time he was five he had advanced so much that he had moved onto composing music for the piano, which fast caught the attention of the press and the entertainment world.
Now the talented youngster is setting his sights on acting with the lead role in the movie Anything Is Possible, which is about homelessness and adoption.
"It's just so much fun making the movie and I want to inspire a lot of people," he told the newspaper. "I co-wrote the music and I might be scoring the film".
His is a similar story to one of the greatest composers of all time. Mozart began to play a number of instruments by the time he was three and also started to compose music at the age of five.
