Yamaha announces acts for London Drum Show
Posted on 24 Aug 2010 15:24 to category : Instruments News

Musical instrument manufacturer Yamaha has revealed the line-up of performers who will play at its stand at the London Drum Show.
Ndugu Chancler, Dave Weckl and Andy Fisenden will all be getting behind a Yamaha drum kit at the event, which is talking place on September 4th and 5th at London Olympia.
Chancler's distinguished career has seen him work with the likes of Frank Sinatra, Lionel Ritchie and Miles Davis, while Fisenden has played with more modern acts such as Tinchy Stryder, Sugababes and Professor Green.
Weckl's last performed three drum clinics in the UK two years ago - all of which sold out - and Yamaha said seeing him should be a "real must" for conference attendees.
Gavin Thomas, product manager of Yamaha Drums, said: "This year's show is going to be an event not to be missed."
Earlier this month, a variety of artists and bands who use Yamaha instruments appeared at V Festival, including Kate Nash, Editors, Calvin Harris and Scouting for Girls.
