Wolfmother replace drummer
Posted on 27 Apr 2010 15:00 to category : Music News

Rock band Wolfmother have announced a change of drummer.
Dave Atkins, the man previously behind the drum kit in the group, has left Wolfmother to spend more time with his family, according to a statement on the band's official website.
He is to be replaced by Will Rockwell-Scott, who has previously drummed with Mooney Suzuki and Har Mar Superstar.
However, it may not be the end for Atkins and the band.
"Dave gives his blessings to the band and may well still be around for future recordings," said the statement on Wolfmother's website.
Rockwell-Scott is to take over the duties behind the drum kit on the band's forthcoming European tour, which is due to get underway towards the end of May.
They will be travelling around the continent until the middle of July, with planned appearances at the Hard Rock Calling Festival in London, as well as Scotland's T in the Park.
