NAMM 2015: Teenage Engineering Pocket Synthesizers Unveiled
Teenage Engineering has collaborated with fellow Swedish brand Cheap Monday to produce an exclusive range of pocket-synthesizers. Introducing the PO-12 Rhythm, the PO-14 Sub and PO-16 Factory.

These pocket-sized synths feature a minimalistic, stripped-back design with an exposed circuit board and raw buttons to allow for unique looks and an affordable price tag. Designed for portability, these miniature synthesizers simply operate on two AAA batteries. They each offer audio input and output, a small yet easily to read screen and an internal speaker.

The PO-12 is a drum machine, the PO-14 is a bass line driven synth, and the PO-16 is a melody/lead synth. All of the synthesizers in the Pocket Operator series have 16-step sequencing and a selection of 16 sounds to choose from, together with 16 additional effects.
