Vince Gill brings out the guitar
The Grammy Award winning country superstar thinks its his best album yet, more personal, an album that tells a story about his life over the last few years.
However, he's worried that one day his music, like the other greats before him, will eventually stop being played on the radio.
Speaking to Associated Press, he said: "I just felt like, 'Don't stop playing them because of their age'. If they're not as good, if the records aren't as great, if the crap coming along is better, great.
"That's all I ever wanted any of the people coming along to be was great. But if you get replaced by what you feel is not even close to as good, that messes with you, I guess."
He might be 54-years-old but that hasn't slowed down his energy and enthusiasm for making music and performing live.
Gill was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007. ÂPosted on 2 Nov 2011 16:47 to category : Instruments News
