Updates issued for Motif XS and Motif Rack XS workstations
Anyone who likes generating their own sounds and rhythms may be pleased to know new upgrades have been issued for the Motif XS and the Motif Rack XS.
Yamaha Download reports that the firmware updates - 1.56 and 1.04 - are not essential to the operation of the music stations, but they should help them to function more smoothly by addressing some minor problems.
"It is always a good idea to keep all your hardware and software up to date to ensure you are always getting the most out of your system," the website points out.
Those who visit Yamahasynth.com to obtain the new upgrades will find them easy to download thanks to built-in installation guides and technical support contact details.
Last month (July 16th and 17th 2010), Yamaha ran a special two-day workshop for Motif XS users in Milton Keynes, where instruction was given on issues such as sampling and voice editing.
