Tributes paid to Stuart Cable
Posted on 8 Jun 2010 11:06 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Tributes from the world of music have poured in following the death of former Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable.
Cable, who was 40, was found dead yesterday (June 7th 2010) and although a cause of death has yet to be determined, police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
Manic Street Preachers released a statement expressing their sadness at his passing.
"Whenever you met Stuart, you always walked away with a massive smile on your face," the group said.
"[He had] such a gigantic personality which was reflected in his drumming."
Other stars such as Cerys Matthews from Catatonia, singer Katherine Jenkins and actor Rob Brydon have all paid public tribute to Cable, reports BBC News.
Cable left the Stereophonics in 2003 after falling out with lead singer Kelly Jones, with the pair making up their differences and becoming friends again a year later.
Fans have been laying floral tributes outside his home in Llwydcwyd, near Aberdare, since the news of his death was revealed.
