The Who may normally be more famous for performing with electric guitars, but journalists interviewing them ahead of their upcoming Super Bowl half-time show this weekend were treated to a special acoustic performance.
Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend had been fielding questions about their upcoming show, which is set to be broadcast around the world on Sunday (February 7th 2010), before pulling out acoustic guitars.
They performed three of their most famous songs to the media Pinball Wizard, Behind Blue Eyes and Won't Get Fooled Again, reports FrontRow.
Last week, electric guitar player Townshend told Billboard magazine that fans tuning in to the Super Bowl performance could expect a medley of hits including Tommy, Who Are You and Baba O'Riley.
"A lot of the stuff that we do has that kind of celebratory vibe about it - we've always tried to make music that allows the audience to go a bit wild if they want to," he said.
