The Streets to headline Freeze Festival
The Streets will headline Britain's Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival.
The 'Lock the Locks' band will headline the festival - the biggest winter sports and music event in the UK - as one of the last ever shows they will play before disbanding.
Mike Skinner, the man behind The Streets, has recently talked about how his recently released fifth album, 'Computers and Blues', will be his last as The Streets.
He said: "I've been doing it for 10 years and I've always tried to do something different with each album. Some of my work has been amazingly received and some of it hasn't been, and I've run out of new avenues."
Mike added one of the things he will miss the most is the touring aspect of the group.
He added: "I do really enjoy performing. Everyone's got their job and it's really nice to have a purpose. It's much better than any holiday. It's like a holiday with a purpose. It's a working holiday.
"But whenever you have a day off on tour, it just goes really wrong. Because there's nothing to do; it's like 15 people with nothing to do. It just goes wrong. There are repercussions from that."
Also playing at the festival, held at London's Battersea power station, will be Everything Everything, Joy Formidable and Summer Camp, with more acts to be announced.
In addition to the music, the event will see skiers and snowboarders from around the world competing on an especially erected 100m long snow kicker.
