The Libertines Storm Summer Festival with Help From Ashdown
Reading and Leeds 2010 featured the big comeback of the year as British indie-rock heroes The Libertines reformed to play both festivals.
It has been rumoured that The Libertines could make the reunion a permanent fixture after the success of the comeback gigs which have brought them close together again.
Libertines' drummer Gary Powell told British rock magazine NME, "I think that decision will actually come (after the reunion shows)."
"Further adding that they would "all love to continue doing this."
Ashdown bass rigs have been prominent on every stage this summer, making appearances at Glastonbury, V and Isle of Wight.
Ashdown spent their summer supporting their artists backstage and collecting video diaries with the likes of Frightened Rabbit and Scouting for Girls.Posted on 28 Sep 2010 12:54 to category : Band / Celebrity News
