The Killers announce rearranged dates for cancelled Manchester shows

The band were forced to cancel their Manchester dates this week.

The Killers have rearranged their two Manchester dates after they were forced to postpone the shows earlier in the week (November 13th and 14th).

The Las Vegas quartet will now play Manchester Arena on February 17th and 18th 2013 with fans being advised that tickets will remain valid for the corresponding shows that they attended.

Fans were left disappointed on Tuesday evening (November 13th) when the band were forced to cut their set short after just four songs when front man Brandon Flowers complained of vocal problems caused by a viral infection, also forcing them to cancel the November 14th gig.

Flowers took to The Killers' social media sites to apologise stating: "I'm sorry I've never had to do this before but we've got to stop. I can't sing… I don't know what else to tell you. I'm sorry. I know it's frustrating for you and I'm sorry. I promise that we will come back."

The band's remaining shows at the O2 Arena in London on November 16th and 17th will go ahead as planned.

The Killers also recently announced a huge show at Wembley Stadium on June 22nd with tickets going on sale on today (November 16th).
