The Boss on "Blow Your Pants Off"
Fallon, a comedian, has previously hooked up with Bruce Springsteen to sing a version of Whip My Hair by child star Willow Smith.
And guitar lovers will be pleased to know that the Boss himself is going to be heard on Blow Your Pants Off.
The songwriter is behind such classic tunes as Brilliant Disguise and The River. His famed track Born to Run was in fact recently performed by contestants on The Voice during an edition of the talent show aired over the weekend.
Sir Paul McCartney, of The Beatles, will also be performing on Jimmy Fallon's record.
As well as enjoying such solo hits as Wonderful Christmas Time and Pipes of Peace, McCartney of course enjoyed massive success with The Beatles, singing numbers such as Can't Buy Me Love and Help.
