Take That team up with Kylie
Posted on 28 Sep 2010 10:00 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Take That are set to perform with Kylie Minogue on their next world tour.
The 'Greatest Day' hitmakers - consisting of Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Jason Orange, Howard Donald and Robbie Williams, who recently rejoined the group after quitting 15 years ago - are keen to team up with the Australian singer by doing a one-off show together at the Hollywood Bowl in the US next year.
A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "The guys really want to pull out all the stops for this. Robbie and Kylie are close and it was seeing the success of her show at the Hollywood Bowl that sparked the idea they could play there in the first place."
Earlier this year, Take That announced they were reuniting with Robbie and revealed they plan to play to three million fans in their biggest tour ever next summer, earning each member an estimated £15 million.
The group's last tour 'The Circus' - which Robbie was not a part of - sold out in minutes, but according to a tour insider, the new 54-date extravaganza will be even larger.
The source said: "Take That's creative tour team will be working on the biggest show they have ever put on.
"Kim Gavin, who has worked with Take That on all their spectacular tours, is already briefed and ready to start coming up with amazing ideas."
It is believed the group - who originally split in 1996, before reforming, without Robbie, in 2005 - will make a total of £50 million from the stadium tour, with an extra £25 million generated from merchandise sales, product endorsements and TV appearances.
