Sting rocks his 60th birthday with a famous cast of musicians
Fans of the star still can't quite believe the former frontman of the Police has hit the big 60 as the star still looks as youthful as ever.
Jamming on stage at the special charity event included contemporaries like Bruce Springsteen, Bill Joel and Stevie Wonder, as well as relative newcomers like Lady Gaga and Will.i.am.
Also performing was the Hollywood actor Robert Downey Jr, who is quite the accomplished singer – not only has he released his own music, but he's appeared on countless soundtracks of films he's worked on.
Sting rocked with Gaga on King of Pain, Can't Stand Losing You with Springsteen and wrapped up the evening in style with his epic hit Every Breath You Take.
The birthday gig raised a whopping $3.7 million (approximately £2.5 million) for the Robin Hood Foundation Charity.
His 60th birthday celebrations also marked 25 years as a solo artist.
In an interview on his website, Sting said: "I'm surprised it's been 25 years actually. It seems a very short time to me but when you think about it, a quarter century is a substantial number so we thought we would honour that time and look back."
