Stereophonics have announced a UK tour scheduled for March in support of their upcoming new album.

The band's eighth studio record, Graffiti on the Train, will be released on March 4th with the Welsh rockers hitting the road on March 15th at Leicester De Montford Hall for the first of ten shows.

Kelly Jones and co will call at the likes of Wolverhampton, Leeds, Portsmouth, Doncaster and Blackpool among others before finishing at Edinburgh's Usher Hall on March 27th.

Stereophonics are due to release the first single of the Graffiti on the Train, Indian Summer, on February 25th while the full album will also contain In A Moment which was launched as a free download in November 2012.

The band recently revealed the full tracklisting of the record which will include songs such as We Share The Same Sun, The Dice and Violins and Tambourines.

Front man Jones said of the album: "I found myself walking into a studio with 40 unfinished ideas, rather than ten finished ones. And by doing that the songs became way more unpredictable."

Tickets will go on sale on January 25th at 9am.
