Steinberg, the leading music software manufacturer, has announced the release of Sequel 3, a fully loaded recording studio and performance tool.

This update to Steinberg's popular Sequel range of software has seen a huge range of new features added.

The new Beat Page is built on the powerful Groove Agent ONE drum station and Beat Designer step sequencer, making programming rhythmical patterns easy

Performance Mode combines linear and pattern based workflows to allow musicians to arrange tracks in real time.

On screen performance pads can be assigned with different parts of the project, and then in turn assigned to pads on a MIDI controller.

This allows musicians to provide a true live performance on stage, a performance that can be recorded, re-edited and exported.

Included instruments have been expanded and improved in Steinberg Sequel 3.

The HALion Sonic SE sound workstation provides more than 500 sounds and instruments for all music styles.

Analog sounds to pads, leads and basses are all available from with the HALion sampler.

A VST Amp Rack SE is included, allowing guitarists to take advantage of legendary tone.

Sequel 3 also includes the ability to host VST 3 plug-ins.

For budding DJs and producers, Sequel 3 is the perfect tool, allowing easy remixes to be created.

Drag a song into the project and Sequel will detect its tempo, allowing the musician to create the loops, change arrangements and use included effects to make the track their own.
