Spice show 'a collection of their best memories'
Speaking to the paper, Saunders said of the play, which the article states she has worked on, "it's a collection of [The Spice Girls'] best memories and they had such a ball, such a great time together."
The Spices had hits such as Wannabe, Say You'll Be There and Too Much.
The Mirror says that their show will have the title Viva Forever. This was the name of one of their later hits.
The band are Geri Halliwell, Melanie Brown, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm and Victoria Beckham.
They were given the respective nicknames Ginger, Scary, Baby, Sporty and Posh when they shot to fame – the monikers first appearing in teen mag Top of the Pops.
Jennifer added that the group had an "absolute joy and love of the music and those days".
Saunders has taken on writing duties on the show, says the paper.
"I started writing the musical two months into my breast cancer treatment and it really kept me going," she told the Mirror.
