Snoop Dogg's huge wish
Posted on 29 Jun 2010 16:30 to category : Music News

Snoop Dogg attempted to hire a country for his new music video.
The 'Drop It Like It's Hot' star is believed to have wanted a large outdoor area to film his next release and asked authorities in Liechtenstein if he could film there.
A property lease agent from Liechtenstein, Karl Schwaerzler told The Daily Mirror newspaper: "We've had requests for palaces and villages but never one to hire the whole country before. It would have been possible."
Unfortunately for Snoop the deal couldn't be finalised as his team "did not give enough time."
Liechtenstein is the smallest German-speaking country in the world and is situated in the Alps between Switzerland and Austria. Its population is estimated at 35,000 and is around 61.7 square miles.
It was reported earlier this year that Snoop Dogg used to want to be like Tom Cruise when he first got in to acting. But the 'Starsky and Hutch' star admits things should be the other way around now.
He told Zeit magazine: "When I started to star in films I used to say, 'I dream of becoming the black version of Tom Cruise.' Today I think it's the other way round, 'Tom Cruise could dream of becoming the white version of Snoop Dogg.' "
