Electric guitar legend Slash has revealed that he is planning a world tour in 2010 - a year that is set to see the artist release a new signature Gibsonguitar, as well as bring out his first solo album.
On his MySpace page, Slash revealed that tour dates will shortly be announced for gigs in Europe, Australia and Japan, with shows in the US, South America and Mexico also on the calendar for later in the year.
The former Guns N' Roses guitar player also said that the first single to be released from his new record will be By The Sword, which features Andrew Stockdale of Wolfmother on vocals.
