Skegness Piano Academy offers free lessons
The Piano Academy, based in the Lincolnshire seaside town, has teamed up with the Skegness Standard to offer a festive prize draw where people can win a free hour lesson in singing, piano, guitar or drums.
Musicians can be in with a chance of landing these sought-after prizes by simply entering the competition offered by the newspaper in the coming weeks.
April Chapman, from the Piano Academy, told the source: "I am delighted to offer these free hour lessons to give a little taste of what we have to offer here and to welcome people to our new site. Winners can also take advantage of learning a new skill during December and maybe pick up a festive Christmas tune or two."
The festive season is fast-approaching and this is seen as the perfect opportunity for parents to get their children playing a musical instrument.
In previous years, games like Rock Band or Guitar Hero have been Christmas favourites but now the latest version, Rocksmith, allows people to plug in a real guitar to play along with popular tracks.
