An Epiphone acoustic guitar signed by a host of musicians is to be auctioned off to raise money for earthquake victims in Haiti.
The Epiphone Roy Orbison 'Oh, Pretty Woman' 12-string acoustic guitar was taken along to a charity gig held last week (February 25th 2010) at the London Roundhouse, reports the Gibson Lifestyle Blog.
All the artists who performed have signed the acoustic guitar, with the famous signatures featuring on the instrument including Paul Weller, KT Tunstall, The Magic Numbers and Seasick Steve.
The signed Epiphone guitar will now be auctioned off to help raise money for two charities operating in Haiti at the moment Medicin Sans Frontieres and Action Aid.
Last month, Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes fame auctioned off a hand-painted Fender Stratocasterguitar to help raise money for Haiti.
It was part of the Crafts for a Cause initiative in which artists such as Vampire Weekend and Regina Spektor donated personally designed items to the Artists for Peace and Justice fund.
