Shure Competition Asks You To Remix Snow Patrol
The final submitted tracks will be judged by Snow Patrol themselves and the creators of the best remixes will win 1500 Euros worth of Shure gear (1st prize), 1000 Euros worth of Shure gear (2nd prize) or 500 Euros worth of Shure gear (3rd prize).
With over 12 million albums sold to date, Snow Patrol are one of the biggest bands to emerge from the British Isles in the last 15 years.
They are also avid users of Shure products, in particular the UHF-R wireless systems and a range of live and studio Shure mics.
Snow Patrol commented, "We are looking for people to create something new using the stems of "Fallen Empires" and we won't be favouring any particular style. Everyone will be judged on the same level, whether your entry transforms Fallen Empires into anything from an acoustic track to a techno track."
The competition is open now and will run until December 14 2012.
To enter simply visit the Shure Competition Website, download the stems and get mixing!
