Shure Call for Legends Winner Revealed
The winners are Fingertrap, a four-piece alternative band from South Wales who would describe their style as pop rock. Their debut single was released in July 2013.
Fingertrap were voted as winners by three expert judges. Mix engineer Chris Kimsey, CEO of the Montreux Jazz Festival Matieu Jaton and Erroll Antonie of Universal Music Group.
As the winning band, Fingertrap will receive recording time with Chris at Kore Studios, 3000 Euros worth of Shure gear and a live gig at the Montreaux Jazz Festival.
Second and Third place of the 240 entries was awarded to French band Jack in the Box and Pangea Squad from Germany.
