Shure Call for Legends Entry Phase Closed!

Shure are looking for unsigned bands and singer/songwriters to answer their call for legends. Enter their competition to win one of three prizes fit for legendary artists.
Enter Shure's Call For Legends unsigned artists contest
Shure's Call for Legends contest for unsigned bands and artists has now closed, and you have just a few days to listen to the entries.

Only the top 20 most listened-to entries will be included on the short list, which will then be judged by producer Chris Kimsey, CEO of the Montreux Jazz Festival Mathieu Jaton and Erroll Antonie from Universal Music.

First prize winners will be given three incredible opportunities. They will get the opportunity to record a 3-track EP at Kore Studios in London with Producer Chris Kimsey. You and your band will be flown to London to spend three days with Chris who's worked on 6 Rolling Stones albums as well as with Joan Jett, Duran Duran and Tom Jones.

As well as this incredible studio opportunity, Shure will provide travel to Paris for the winning band or artist, and then on to the Montreux Jazz Festival 2014, where they will play a 45 minute gig!

If that wasn't enough, the winner will also receive 3,000 Euro's worth of Shure gear to kit out their band.

Acts claiming Second and Third prize will each receive Shure gear worth 1,000 Euros. They could choose from Shure's new PG, SM and Beta wireless systems, in-ear systems, headphones or drum mics.

Listen to the entries on the Shure Call for Legends website, and head over to the Gear4music Facebook and Twitter to let us know who your favourites are.
