Senses Fail bassist speaks about his unique Fender guitar
The Fender FrontRow blog noted Black recently conducted an interview with Alternative Press magazine where he named the musical instrument as his favourite piece of gear.
He explained the bass guitar is a "weird hybrid", which has the neck of a Fender Geddy Lee placed on to a Fender Aerodyne.
"I'm very happy with the combination. It's a nice meeting in the middle," Black said.
Senses Fail recently announced a change to their line-up ahead of an extensive US tour.
Original guitarist Garrett Zablocki decided to leave the group after almost a decade in the band in order to attend college on a full-time basis.
Senses Fail have drafted in Matt Smith from Strike Anywhere as his replacement.
Zablocki explained he had enjoyed being in the band and the adventures they had managed to share together.
"I never thought playing guitar and writing songs in my basement would bring us to stages around the world, five albums recorded and experiences that I wouldn't have had otherwise," he said.
