Rolling Stones 'to tour again next year'
Electric guitar legend Keith Richards has revealed that the Rolling Stones are likely to tour again next year.
Speaking to BBC 6 Music, the star said that the band are also going to get to work on new material in the near future, finishing up several ideas that did not make it on to previous albums.
He said that everyone in the group is ready to get out on the road again.
"Who said it should stop and who said when?" he asked.
"Only we will know when it comes to an end, with a crashing halt."
The last world tour conducted by the Rolling Stones earned the group an estimated £344 million.
Extracts from Richards's autobiography Life were published in the Wall Street Journal last month and revealed that the musician first owned a guitar at the age of 15.
He said that he became obsessed with playing the instrument, even going as far as taking it to bed when he went to sleep.
