Razorlight want to work with Noel Gallagher
Electric guitar player Noel Gallagher is in demand after leaving Oasis, as Razorlight have expressed interest in working with the star.
Earlier this week, the Manchester-born guitarist was unveiled as a guest musician on Kasabian's upcoming UK tour, and the band have said they would welcome the chance to record a brand new track with him at some point.
However, Razorlight have now also stated that they would like to get Noel into the recording studio with them, albeit in a slightly different capacity.
"Maybe we should get Noel to produce the new Razorlight album," said electric guitar player Bjorn Agren.
"We're looking for a producer. We need some northern cred."
Speaking to the Mirror, Bjorn added that he would be very interested in hearing a solo album from the former Oasis star.
He said he believes Noel has got a "much better voice" than his brother and Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher.Posted on 30 Sep 2009 11:44 to category : Band / Celebrity News
