Ra Ra Riot play Fender guitars at New York concert
Ra Ra Riot played numerous Fender Guitars during two homecoming gigs in New York this week.
The indie-rock group took to the stage at the Bowery Ballroom for two sold-out concerts, which saw the band play material from albums such as The Orchard, according to the official Fender blog.
Although the band have played at the venue a number of times during their career, it was the first night that singer Wesley Miles had also played the guitar at a concert in the city.
Spinner quotes the frontman as telling the crowd: "Now that I said that, I'm going to be a lot more nervous."
The review said that the musician was "relaxed and disarming" during the show, while the man behind the drum kit, Gabriel Duquette, "packed more of a punch".
