QSC Announce Android Version of TouchMix Control
The app, designed for the QSC TouchMix 8 and QSC TouchMix 16 , was exclusively iOS based but is now available on Android-based tablets and smart-phones respectively. However, due to the vast amount of Android tablets and smart-phones available, the app is still classified as a beta but it is available to download from Google Play here .
Like the iOS version, the Android app provides the user full control of the TouchMix Digital Mixer from your android tablet and effectively replicate what is displayed on the actual mixer so the TouchMix Control App can operate as a compact, personal stage monitor AUX mixing solution.
For smart-phones the app can remotely control main and auxiliary mixes, pans, effects return levels and record and play back. The Android app does require an Android tablet or smart-phone Android OS 4.4 or later.
