Posted on 17 Sep 2010 07:01 to category : Instruments News

Music recording software maker Propellerhead is to demonstrate its Propellerhead Record 1.5 technology at an event at London's Ministry of Sound next month.
In association with UK distributor Sound Technology, the firm is hosting the Propellerhead Producers Conference on October 23rd 2010, during which numerous artists and producers will give creative clinics on music production.
The company's artist relations manager James Bernard will be offering hints and tips on how to use the Propellerhead Record 1.5 and Reason 5 software as part of the event, which runs from 14:00 to 17:30 GMT.
Other talks include a remix masterclass from Freemasons, a sound design tutorial from Sharooz and a production class by A Guy Called Gerald, who will also give an exclusive live performance.
The organisers said: "This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to get the inside track on the latest production, remix and sound design techniques, all straight from the artists and producers themselves."
Among the notable features of Propellerhead Record 1.5 are its guitar and bass POD units from Line 6, its ability to sequence music in blocks and its "always ready" recording options.
