Pioneer Publicly Announce New DDJ-SB2 Controller
The new 2 channel DJ controller, which supports Serato DJ Intro and Serato DJ, has numerous new features; it is USB powered, has a dedicated Serato software FX control, a touch sensitive jog wheel and has a filter fade for seamless mixing with a high pass filter and crossfader.
The filter fade is a unique feature on the DDJ-SB2 as it allows DJs to adjust the volume and high pass filter with one hand freeing up the possibility for more creativity with the hot cue, an auto loop and sampler modes – or even a microphone with a dedicated ¼ jack connection.
Its compact nature, portability and detailed layout and features make the DDJ-SB2 is one of the most comprehensive controllers on the market. Pioneer began developing Professional DJ Products nearly 20 years ago and are arguably at the forefront of DJ product development.
The controller comes with Serato DJ intro as standard but it can be upgraded to Serato DJ with a purchased Serato DJ license.
