Novation Announce Long-Awaited UltraNova Synthesizer
Novation, a company with one of the strongest pedigrees in synthesizer history, has announced a new synth - the UltraNova.
The company claims demand has been phenomenal for a follow up to the incredibly highly regarded SuperNova.
With an SSP of £499 including VAT, the UltraNova is at a much more affordable price point than its ancestor.
The new Nova series analogue-modeling synth has a very powerful effects processor on board.
It's a single part version of the classic Supernova II synth engine, with high end features such as wavetable synthesis as standard.
A free software editor is included, as well as a revolutionary touch-sense performance mode.
Touch sense performance allows triggering of envelopes, LFOs, filters and EFX just by touching encoders.
With a built in 2 in 4 out USB audio interface, as well as being bus powered, this is shaping up to be the ultimate synth for music makers on the move and in the studio.Posted on 8 Sep 2010 17:37 to category : Instruments News
