Noel Gallagher's Jersey gig
The guitar player is set to grace the Jersey Live Festival, alongside his current band, Death of You and Me singers the High Flying Birds.
The Birds, whose album hit number one last year, have been confirmed as featuring on the island festival's line-up. The gig is set for September, so festival goers may well be hoping that the late summer fest will still enjoy pleasant weather!
Chase and Status (Blind Faith, End Credits) are also going to be at the fest and will perform on the 1st of September.
While he was still a member of Oasis, Gallagher saw many of his group's songs – such as D'You Know What I Mean, Roll With It and Whatever – become hits.
His new band's fans will be able to catch their music instrument-playing antics on Jersey come the 2nd of September.
