Noel Gallagher 'on the drum kit for mystery musician'

Noel Gallagher has revealed that he is set to play as a drummer in the studio for an unnamed musician.
The former Oasis guitarist stated in an interview with Talksport that the mystery act is someone he has "thrown up" with in the past.
He said he has been working on material with the artist in a studio since Monday (August 16th 2010).
Gallagher also spoke about Russell Brand's impending wedding to pop star Katy Perry, denying that he is set to act as the television presenter and actor's best man at the event.
However, he will be going on Brand's stag do later this year, he said.
Gallagher has been quiet since a feud with his brother Liam led to the break-up of Oasis last year.
Back in August 2009, he said he could no longer work professionally with his sibling, adding: "People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer."
