Nirvana Reunite at Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Dave Grohl, Pat Smear and Krist Novoselic hadn't played a Nirvana song together since Kurt Cobain killed himself 20 years ago.
The performance included Jett singing "Smells Like Teen Spirit", Sonic Youth's Kim Gordon's rendition of "Aneurysm" and Annie Clark's (St. Vincent) version of "Lithium." It finished with Lorde's take on "All Apologies".
The night saw awards given to Beatles manager, Brian Epstein, and Rolling Stones manager/producer Andrew Loog Oldham - the first two managers ever inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Peter Gabriel was inducted by Chris Martin after a performance of "Digging In The Dirt" whilst Kiss were inducted by longtime fan Tom Morello.
The night ended with R.E.M's Michael Stipe giving the speech as Nirvana were inducted.
